Christmas projects that require some creativity are a lot of fun, and the results can sometimes be beautiful and amazing. Such is the case with this shadowbox, that looks splendid.

To make this shadowbox, you’ll need polystyrene stripes, thick paper, a scalpel, strong glue, a glass panel, LED lights, a wooden box and perhaps a drawing that you designed previously. Also, you may need scissors and obviously a surface where you can can with your scalpel.
First, start to cut the different layers of paper – the more layers you use, the better the results will be. It’s best to use a paper with medium-thickness, because too thin papers will bend, and too thick ones may not let enough light pass through them.
Once you have all of the layers, create a frame for each of them using the glue and the polystyrene stripes. Them assemble the layers once the glue has dried.
Next, you’ll need to attach the LED lights to the back of the box, and then perhaps you could drill a hole where the cable can come out.
After that, put the layers inside the box, and close it with the glass panel. Now you can light your brand new shadow boy lamp, and amaze your guests or give it as a fantastic handmade gift. Watch the video to see how it’s done!
